Shipping and Returns

For our shipments we only use insured traceable shipments, which allow us to monitor the status of the shipment at any time.

Delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours, but for some locations it could take place in 2-3 working days.

If an item is found to be unavailable, we will immediately notify our customers to cancel the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Delivery will take place to the address entered during registration. It is therefore essential to have someone available to collect the package at that address.

Only for orders placed on the weekend, they require an extra day to be processed. We prefer to process the order calmly and carefully, in order to maintain the high quality of our service.

On IntimoSalerno you have 15 days to return the products you didn't like. Consequently there are two modes:

1.After requesting a return, you can go to a collection point where you can book the collection, here you will find the contact details where you will have to send the package at your expense.

2.After requesting a return, we will send the pre-paid label via email, once the goods have been returned we will refund the cost of collecting the goods.

Once the return has been received, our Returns Department will verify the conformity of the products. Once verification is complete, we will issue a non-expiring credit to use on your next order or a refund upon request.

To exercise the right of return, the following conditions are essential:

1: The product must not have been used, washed or damaged and must still have its packaging intact;

2: The label (identifying the item, brand and size) must still be attached to the product;

3: It is possible to return products in their entirety. Example: if a set consists of 3 pairs of socks, it is not possible to return only 2.

If the conditions are not respected, the return will not be accepted and will remain in our warehouses for 30 days for possible collection at the customer's expense.

Can I replace the product?

It is not possible to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour/size, you must return the item(s) and place a new order for the desired colour/size.
